What we collect, and why

Pilot enquiries

When you request a pilot, we collect your name, company, work email, website if you provide it, where you want your agent to work, your estimated monthly conversations, and your description of the workflow. We use this only to respond to you and scope a pilot. Enquiries are deleted automatically after 90 days.

The live demo

When you start a demo session, we record the language and channel you choose and when the session starts and ends. Your voice or messages are processed in real time so the assistant can reply. Recording is off, sessions end after three minutes, and session records are deleted after seven days.

Preventing abuse

To limit how often the demo can be used, we store a salted hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.

Voice-reactive pages

Some pages can react to your voice if you allow microphone access. Loudness is measured inside your browser. No audio leaves your device and nothing is recorded.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Service providers

Hosting and real-time voice infrastructure providers process information on our behalf to run this website and the demo. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
